Former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has joined a new 'Independent Alliance' group of pro-Palestinian MPs in the Commons, it was announced today.
The five Independent MPs have formed the 'Independent Alliance' Parliamentary group.
The members are Shockat Adam, Jeremy Corbyn, Ayoub Khan, Adnan Hussain and Iqbal Mohamed
Adnan Hussain MP confirmed the creation of the group, along with the member list, in a post on on X:
I am very pleased to announce that I, alongside my four other Independent MP colleagues; Jeremy Corbyn, Shockat Adam, Iqbal Mohamed and Ayoub Khan has formed a Parliamentary group 'Independent Alliance'.
