David Lammy has posted on X stating that "Putin's Shadow Fleet" has been sanctioned.
Mr Lammy posted: "We're cracking down on Russia’s desperate and dangerous attempts to get around sanctions via its shadow fleet.
"Alongside our partners, we are stepping up efforts to tackle these illicit vessels which pose significant maritime security and environmental threats."
