Labour's Yardley MP Jess Phillips is under investigation by Parliament's standards watchdog AGAIN

Birmingham Yardley MP Jess Phillips has been placed under investigation by Parliament's standards watchdog for failing to register an interest on time.

Jess Phillips was investigated for the same breach of rules in 2022 and 2023.

MPs must register interests such as income from non-parliamentary work within 28 days.

MPs are forbidden from commenting on ongoing investigations by the standards commissioner.
