Suffolk
Surrey
Thurrock
West Sussex
This includes Nigel Farage's Clacton constituency.
Nigel Farage has posted to X to vent his anger over the cancellation of local elections, saying:

Demand the right to vote in May.

Many people believe that the Labour Party are scared of huge losses in the local elections, particularly to Reform UK.
