Stuart Keyte is the first ever elected Reform UK Councillor elected in Wales. Stuart Keyte won the Trevethin and Penygarn (Torfaen) council by-election.
Mr Keyte beat Labour into second place:
Reform UK: 47.0%
Labour: 26.6%
Independent: 12.0%
Independent: 11.7%
Green: 2.6%
